Processing Time

Processing time is different from shipping time. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time is not the same as delivery time. Excludes holidays/ weekends.

Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments. 

Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).  We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

These delivery schedules are just an average estimate based on historical orders only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on international customs / shipping locations. We can’t directly control the delivery times.

Note: Some remote non-developed countries and places maybe will be extended by 10 - 15 days. Please forgive us because logistics is not within our control.

Tracking

It is best to create a customer profile to keep track of your order.

Note: If your order value over $10+, We recommend that you choose a delivery with tracking information. Since no tracking information is easily lost, we are unable to confirm whether it is lost.

If you do not live in a secure location please be wise about the shipping method you chose as standard mail couriers will not require a signature and packages will be left and any "secure" location deem fit to the mail carrier. 

  • We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. 
  • We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by you as the customer.
  • A restock fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned.  The charge will be 50% of the total charge per item. 

 Taxes and Duties

In general, we use the postal parcel to ship the product. There is no need to pay customs duty except Brazil. But if you are a wholesaler, please read the following text carefully.

Your order may be subject to customs or import duties which are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Legally these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. 

Customs duty is charged as a percentage of the total value of the goods. The duty rate percentage depends on the country the package is being sent to, but on average is between 5% and 9%. We are afraid we have no control over the charges which is why we cannot include them in the cost of the item, or within the postage costs.  Delayed or Unusual Orders

Due to a problem with one of our logistics companies, some orders were not normal or there was no further tracking information (orders before 2019.1.10), we were unable to confirm whether you have received the goods.
